The staff were very kind and helpful. A breath of fresh air really. The changing room to the pool was very clean, in fact the morning we were leaving there was a member of staff cleaning in there. It makes a refreshing change to go away and the changing rooms in the pool to that clean and well looked after. Pool was really nice, unfortunately it was raining so we didn’t explore further. But the grounds and view were beautiful. Food was nice at our evening meal. Sorbet was lovely. Fresh coffee served at breakfast! Not a serve yourself coffee machine in sight!!!! For which I thank you!!! 😀 Lovely fresh fruits.

Fabulous weekend spent at the hotel and spa with friends (4 couples getting together). The rooms in the courtyard area are HUGE and everything you could wish for is included, even complimentary access to the hotel's spa. The food was superb (generous portions also), however what really made the weekend special for us was the service received from the staff. They were outstanding, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention must go to Lewis and Hana - both are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you guys!

The room was situated in the court yard and lovely and quiet, heard an owl which was lovely. Staff very polite. Room was clean. It’s best to drive or have a taxi booked if leaving the hotel for food etc. Breakfast was lovely, although was forgotten about for coffee and tea so didn’t have it until we had finished our breakfast as asked again. Quickly rectified. Spa was lovely as only ones in there to use the pool, sauna and steam room.

When you arrive it looks very plain from the entrance. But once inside it it is far from plain from the smart reception area to the large comfortable it is very nice. When you go into the bar the views from the patio are stunning. The pool and health suite are the smartest I have ever used. Breakfast was excellent.

The one thing that really stood out for me is the amazing day day shift worker that was so helpful and I really think she should be recognised by the company for the way she would cheer you up and take time to speak to you. I highly recommend it Kayla is the cleaner with blonde hair look out for her
